  1. I am completely with you. I am one month out also. I lost a lot of weight the first week and a have and am now at a standstill. I have been walking 3 to 5 miles 5 days a week and just started with weight training to help increase my weight loss. What is really driving me crazy is that I am eating about a 10th of what I ate before the surgery. I don't understand why I am not losing weight. My doctor told me to reduce the amount of fat I am eating. I have been staying away from sugar and white carbs. I was told by a friend there are plateaus then the weight will start to come off again. I hope this is a little helpful.
