I am starting the process over again. I tried in 2017 but there were so many things going on that I knew that I would not be able to focus on healing after surgery so, I had to put it off. I went to my orientation yesterday with Dr. Angel Caban and although I did not get the ok for the surgery I wanted, the bypass, he has decided that the sleeve is my best option. So since I have to see my PCP for 6 consecutive months, I am hoping for a surgery date in January. Start 2020 out on a good foot.
