  1. How did you handle the cravings? Or did you have any? Are there like alternatives?
  2. They say your hunger hormone is basically gone after surgery. I'm 5 days out, I'm still hungry I have such a bad sweet tooth right now. I feel like a failure right now. I don't have great self control. [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]
  3. It's seriously the coolest! It tracks EVERYTHING, and yes I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch [emoji24][emoji24][emoji23]
  4. It's a good thing I actually love beans. I'm so sick of the clear liquid [emoji23][emoji23] but thank you! I found this REALLY cool app, you might have already heard of it, but it's called Baritastic, and it actually has recipes on there, and they look so yummy, I can't wait to try them.
  5. Well I'm 2 days after my surgery, and I honestly made my boyfriend eat a snickers so I could just smell it.[emoji23][emoji28] it's a little bit pathetic, but I'm so hungry. (Only mentally) does that go away after a while? My stomach is still full of gas and it just feels like someone is blowing bubbles inside of me, it's very uncomfortable. I'm still on clear liquids now, but what kind of foods can I eat when I'm allowed to eat food that has applesauce consistency?
  6. I'm having a pretty rough time, I had my surgery 2 days ago, and I'm honestly just starving. Mentally, not physically. Any tips on how to control that? Or does it just go away with time? Or does it never go away [emoji24][emoji24]
  7. Thank you lady! Fingers crossed [emoji28][emoji28]
  8. Most definitely! I've done all of my shopping. I can't even imagine how it's going to be or feel, but I'm still very very excited for long term effects. Even though I know it's going to be a lonnnng journey.
  9. I'm going to be doing it at st marks hospital, just got the call. I have to be there by 6 am. I'm nervous and excited haha, any tips?
