    Surgery was oct 3 feeling pretty good some soreness. Down 28 pounds from surgery. As of Monday doc told me soft foods.

    My doc didn’t put me on any specific diet. Just told nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before.

    Done my pre op on Friday the 22. Have to meet with my surgeon on the 27th and will be having rny on oct 3. Is gonna be a good birthday present to myself. I will be turning 40 on oct 7....
