    Hi Daizeoh, I have IEHP and was required to do the 6mo, I choose Weight Watchers, once your done, hopefully you have your next monthly doc appointment scheduled for around that time? You will provide your doctor with the last set of weigh in records, then she will submit it to the insurance for approval. Do you have a secondary condition along with the over weight? The reason I ask is because I was denied at first because I had not done the sleep test but AFTER I did and it came back I had minor sleep apnea it was approved. Most likely they will send you to Dr Krahn in San Bernardino that’s the surgeon. Sent from my iPhone
