  2. You will do great. My advice: Expect pain...take your pain meds. They are your friend. It will pass. Walk for the gas pain...nothing else helped me but pacing the floor in the hospital and at home. Don’t try to eat foods before you are allowed. It will hurt. Just be patient. Even 4 months out...liquids are more my friend than solids and I’m ok with that because I feel good.

  7. I’m a kindergarten teacher and had the surgery two weeks before school started. I started school and was very tired because I wasn’t getting enough food and water down. Other than that I was fine.

  9. It is so much better to enter into a relationship when you are healthy both body and mind first. You have to be ok with yourself and by yourself. If you are not, then you are taking unhealthy things into your relationship and setting it up for failure.
