Hi, I'm considering going to Turkey for surgery and I'm wondering if anyone personally had or know someone who had bariatric surgery there?

I am 6 weeks po and I'm feeling very lost and depressed. Not many people know about my surgery so I feel very alone in my journey. I'm currently in a 3 week stall and I am realizing now after surgery that I really have a problem with food. Its been a challenge. I do not regret my surgery, but I am afraid of failing and I feel like I am. I don't know how to get motivated to eat right and exercise. I don't know what or how to eat. I don't know how to get over my food addiction and "head hunger". Has anyone here ever felt like this after surgery? Or maybe someone has some advice?

Hi! I'm looking at ERDEM as well. I found another clinic called Irmet and it's 3900 with them. Finding reviews and information/research on these clinics is not the easiest thing. I'm nervous about going to Turkey too. When are you planning on going?

I'm thinking of going during the last week of October. So our dates are really close. I'm still deciding on clinics. Which one are you going to?

Hi, I am approved and scheduled to have surgery in Mexico in a couple of months. I live in Europe and I feel that its too far. I am young and honestly scared of travelling so far on my own for surgery. I have not found a doctor in Europe that is willing to operate on someone with a BMI under 35. Mine is 32-33. Does anyone know of any doctors or clinics in Europe that performs sleeves on someone with my bmi range? Thank you.
