    The clinic where I had my surgery also gave me a list of approved shakes. It's because they meet certain nutritional guidelines. I have not tried the Quest shakes. My favorite is premier protein.

    I just had the RNY surgery last week at Bailey. Dr. Katsis performed my surgery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
