    Hi Everyone, I am 19 days post op and only lost 10lbs. I am so confused as I am meeting my protein and water requirements. I'm on soft foods but usually drink protein, greek yogurt and eggs (starting to hate eggs). Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.
