I feel the same way sometimes. I'm only 9 days post op but I feel regret at times because of the issues I've been having with my stomach. I don't know if it's hunger pains or just acid and I'm barley eating anything. I mainly eat Greek yogurt, water, g2 and vitamin water zero the protein shakes make me sick and broth just doesn't do it anymore so I feel stuck and alone at times. How I get out of the funk look for forums like this. I'm glad you posted it because today is one of those days for me too.
