Thank you all so much for all your replies. I'm 6 days sleeved today and my incisions are pretty healed but they do sitll have glue on them. Thank you guys so much for all the replies.

Because I'm a self-paying sleeve patient, I have not been required to attend a seminar that I've seen many talk about on here. I literally went to the doctor/surgeon last Tuesday (8/15) and my surgery is for this Wednesday (8/25). Could you all tell me what vitamins you're taking? I've read some are taking them immediately after surgery via patches or the melt in your mouth type and some are not taking them till a few weeks after surgery in pill form. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? What about swimming after surgery? My surgeon knows I'm going on an Island vacation 9 days after surgery and he said it would be ok to get in the Ocean? Were you incisions healed in 9 days? Have any of you been in water this soon after and did you cover your incision spots with anything? Thanks so much for any advice you can give. Perhaps i'm just over thinking and a little nervous.

I'm hoping to get some answers here. I had the sleeve done yesterday and have now vomited about 10 times. It's always dark yellow in color. Is this normal? Should I be contacting my surgeon? i have taken the nausea medicine but I don't usually feel nauseated, it just comes up every few hours then I feel fine again. I'd appreciate any advice anyone has or experience.

Thank you all so much for the feedback. I ended up going back to the hospital yesterday for them to perform an upper GI test. Everything seemed fine. Oddly enough, I have not been sick since i've had that test but only have had about 1/4 cup of juice so far. I'm taking it very slow.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! This helps a lot! I'll def be double the whole getting in the ocean thing. I thought 9 days would be too soon but wanted to see if anyone else had experience. And thank you all for the vitamin low down. Really have appreciated this site thus far.
