  1. Good Morning Group, My name is DeeDee and I am on my 2 1/2 - 3 week post-op Gastric Bypass journey. During my journey so far I have endure many different feelings and I wanted to know if anyone out there has been through the same or similar? Some days I feel I have made the right decision for my health and life, on other days I feel like I made a mistake. I think I feel like this because of the struggles each day to abide by the restrictions that it takes to maintain my health goals. I just have a fear that I may not being doing enough since being home. I see my surgeon and nutritionist in two days for my follow-up. Some days I am happy and others I cry when it seems difficult to even think about other responsibilities and tasks. Is this normal?
