  9. Hey girls and guys, I'm now into my pureed stage and compared to some stories I find that mine has gone oh to well.... I'm keeping plenty of fluids down, I'm easily keeping pureed foods down, but I feel this isn't what I should expect based on what I've read. I find that I can easily keep down a whole large cup full of soup (pureed not yet solids) down with no hesitation, I've read that if you 'overeat' to look out it will soon be coming back up your throat and this hasn't happened. I even self doubt I've had the surgery until I look down at my scars. I'm passing water frequently, probably slightly less than I used to, but it seems too good to be true and I don't want to keep ringing my nurses and them finding I'm nagging. I keep reading that I wouldn't be able to keep more than 4 tablespoons each meal (pureed) down yet I find I can keep 8-12 tablespoons down. I'm happy to keep to 4 but I'm at that confused stage. If any one has advice with: 1. Should 4 tablespoons satisfy my hunger? 2. Should I check in with my nurse with how easy it's been? 3. Worrying with the amount of food I can eat at such an early stage. Any help, advice or experiences would truly be incredible right now. Sorry if I don't make sense it's late and it's been on my mind. Thanks, Dan.
