  1. I've been going back and forth on getting the sleeve. I have been heavy my whole life, have had some wins with weight loss but continue to gain it back. Currently 390 and just shy of 6'. Biggest concern is complications from surgery as I'm paying out of pocket since my insurance plan doesn't cover. I have a 3 yr old and 1 yr old and want more energy for them, I'm just scared of complications and dont want to live worse than I already am. Due to work getting to the gym has been tough, work has also made it difficult to eat well as I do several meals out/ group meals. I'm hoping this could be the tool to hold me accountable. Does the reward outweigh the risk. I'm currently on high blood pressure medicine, anxiety and heartburn medicine. I am pre diabetic. I have seen the surgeon, done the phsyche eval and have the bloodwork scheduled.
