  1. I have had several fills in the past year as I am looking for that "perfect restriction" After every fill, especially the same day, everything seems a little harder to get down, but it usually gets better in a day or two. If you can't keep anything down, I'm afraid you are probably over-filled. Good luck - Don
  2. Way to go Doug - I was banded on May 12th, so I'm about 6 weeks out. First fill this Tuesday! Down 32lbs just staying with the program. Good luck, buddy - Don:thumbup:
  3. I had my surgery on 5/12/2008, and my first folow-up visit was 2 and a half weeks later. I had lost an amazing 21lbs!!! I was 100 pounds overweight, and can already feel my goal weight is possible. I started on the treadmill 8 days ago, and haven't weighed in yet, but I'm sure I've dropped some more. Stick with the guidelines and it WILL happen! Lots of luck.
  4. I think the next phase is pureed foods such as egg beaters, yogurt, refried beans, and sugar free puddings. Sounds like a feast! I would love to have some soup recipes that I would be able to work in when the time comes. Thanks so much.
  5. I am a 60 year old male, and was 100 pounds overweight. I was banded on Monday, 5/12/2008. So far the post-op process has been pretty much by the book. Incisions are healing, and everything seems to be intact. Starting to get really sick of Isopure, and Protein Shakes, but I can see the light till the next phase.
