  1. Doing well. Getting in my liquids and mostly meeting protein goals too. Small sips and so far no issues although my pouch wasn’t having any jello or popsicles this week. The big incision is still sore but I was told to expect it to be for a couple of weeks. Not keeping me from walking or sleeping but have to watch how I get up. How are you doing?

  4. I'm scheduled January 16th. Also in Charlotte, NC. Pre-op diet starts in the New Year. Trying to wean myself off regular coffee this week in preparation. Happy New Year & Happy New YOU to everyone having surgery in January
