  4. Absolutely, it saved my life. I would do it over again, but hopefully I won't have to. I know that there are some that eventually need a revision, but that's life, not everyone reacts the same. It's not a free pass to go back to pathological eating patterns, though. I've know several people over the years that thought they could maintain their weight loss by eating LESS of their trigger foods. I bet you can guess how that worked out!

  7. Very, very uplifting and hopeful. I'm three years out from RNY, and am already finding the maintenance the hardest part of the battle.
