  1. Hi everyone- I have 7 months of bariactiv vitamin sets for sale and I’ll through in 4 food diaries ? I get these with my nasal b12 spray but I use a different brand. Anyone need some? $100 for all of them plus shipping
  2. @frustr8 I did sell these that I posted but I now have another 6 or 7 months of vitamins if you’re interested! I use a different brand but these come monthly still.
  3. I have 6 months of bariactiv vitamins for sale- calcium, iron and multivitamin made for post surgery. I am using a different brand and just want to recoup my copay for these. $90 for 6 months. Anyone interested?
  4. Yes they are much easier to swallow. Iron and multi are small, calcium is large but it’s doable and smooth.
  5. Great question. I got my surgery on July 24- prior I would generally get my period every few months as a probable side effect of being overweight and in my late 30s- but post surgery it has come every 28-30 days on the dot. I was also told surgery increases fertility and my regularity seems to point towards this being the case for me
  6. I have a few extra months of vitamins - multivitamin/ calcium/ iron Non chewable. Anyone want to buy them? $25 /month with shipping included.
  7. https://www.nascobal.com/patient/ Here is the info for where I get my vitamins
  8. Enaking - I will look for the link and post it here. As for chewables for life - not for me. i know all the programs are different, and many people might tolerate things differently so it's not one size fits all, I believe for some it's an absorption issue . Some programs make you buy vitamins that give them a kick back too. Others might just be behind in research or policy. Things change quickly over the years.
  9. They sent me chewables by mistake and They can't take them back. Completely sealed bottles. My insurance covers them so I only pay $20 a month for all 3 - I just want to recoup my co pay. Multivitamin, iron and calcium. They are not bad tasting compared to other ones I've tried, I just don't need chewable anymore.
  10. I have one month left if anyone else is interested [emoji4]
  11. @proudgrammy your insurance might cover them as well- take a look here- you just need a prescription from your doctor for the nasal spray b12 https://www.nascobal.com/patient/
  12. Paypal? I'll message you my email and can send them Monday

  14. My husband has been so helpful as well- we talked about what I can and can't eat so he has been able to pick things up for me but also (nicely) call me out if I'm tempted to cheat [emoji4] the biggest help for me though is that he is pretty much eating what I am - I would never have asked him for this - but it is nice to not have too much in the house I can't eat or is bad for me. He is a great cook and has been testing bariatric recipes and enjoying them! I don't think he meant to give up carbs totally but since we haven't been buying them he has just adjusted. At least while he's at home. So I really think that support has helped a lot. We always cooked and had dinner together and I was afraid I would lose that time together each night.
  15. Add it to scrambled eggs - extra protein and you don't have to see it.
  16. What about throwing some slices of lemon or lime into water?
  17. I was wondering about this product- was it good?
  18. I'm really looking forward to soft foods bc the "sweetness" of all the yogurts/cottage cheese/pudding is killing me. I'm adding cream soups too but really can't wait to venture out. Anyone else feeling like the healing spirit s better than expected? Or am I fooling myself? Also wondering what the deal with coffee is- I went back to work yesterday as I only sit at my job and I have no pain - but I was definitely tired and would've loved a small black coffee. Have to wait until Friday to ask my docs.
