  2. Thanks guys! Great tips to keep in mind. I am heading into week 3 my program is 2 weeks on liquids, 3 rd week full liquids cream soups, protein shakes, 4th week purée type foods /week 5 soft/ week 6 regular. I had yogurt today I could feel the difference slow in going down I felt full quicker and longer which made it difficult to get my water in.It is almost 9pm her in CA and I had completed my 64 Oz if water . [emoji4]happy dance.
  3. Congratulations on starting new chapter in your life . My surgery was 3/7/18 I am now 2 weeks out. I do not have problem with constipation because one source of protein my doctor recommended for me to take is NewWhey it comes in many flavors 3.8 Oz with 40 grams of protein. The ingredients in it keep you regular. I recommend freezes it in to a popsicle form easier to get down and get your protein and liquids same time
  4. Hi, I am two weeks post op as of today [emoji3]. Little ache in the lower left side the area where they removed the stomach from but no issued with cramping nor spasms. I hope you will get relief soon. What did your doctor say about this?

  18. Great video! Thank you my surgery is March 6, 2018. Thank you for the tips I remember in on of the support group that a person mentioned “we had surgery on our stomach not our brain “ so yes, you will have the craving , and the desire to revisit old behavior I am praying that I will stay strong. So I am praying for a long honeymoon phase. That is when you do not desire to eat and your weight loss is at is optimal phase. But during that phase I pray to learn how to love my body more and to take advantage on how to eat better for a lifetime. Once again thanks for posting the video [emoji4].
  19. I would call for clarification. That is a lot of sugar dumping back into your system. Sugary drinks is what contributes to weight gain. Sugar free it makes no difference to the body the brain registered it as regular sugar which increase your desire to want to eat more. Please check with your nutritionist Good luck.
  20. Hi I am scheduled for March 6[emoji1494][emoji323][emoji1494] almost a year with insurance problems. But, I finally got the call so I meet with my Doc on 2/20 for further instructions and buying food and vitamins etc for pre and post surgery and lab work . Congratulations to everyone who will be making this journey this month. H.W 386 S.W 366 CW 331
