  2. Vitamins and nutrition I am pre-surgery have not set a surgery date but I know it will be sometime in October. One of the greatest concerns for me is that I will not get the vitamins and nutrition that I need after surgery. I attended a monthly nutrition class have talk to my doctors about it but of course I want to hear from those who are living it. Although I am 311 pounds right now, vitamins have always been a huge component of my daily lifestyle. I am concerned about the impact of vitamins and nutrition, nausea. Can someone please share with me any vitamin supplements that they have been taking liquid form that has not cause nausea? And that they have had great success with! This is a huge concern to me… Thank you all for all of your knowledge and wisdom as post op Patients. ?
