    I wouldn't be surprised if this thread already exists somewhere, but I am having trouble finding it! l am going in for my VSG on August 8th. I thought it would be a good idea to pick the brains of some of the veterans out there! I feel like this thread would also come in handy for other future sleevers! List all of the different foods you ate during your liquid stage post-op (full or clear). Lets come together to create a master list of awesome ideas to eat during this stage of the process so we can learn from each other!

    Hi All! I just completed my 3 month insurance requirement for Cigna. My nurse coordinator submitted me to insurance for approval yesterday. She mentioned that I should call everyday in order for a speedier approval. I am not sure what to ask when I call. Can anyone offer any tips? I have Cigna insurance.
