  4. Hi! I was a member of bariatric pal a few years ago, and I have forgotten my password! So I have signed up again. I am a 54-year-old, 2+ years post gastric sleeve surgery. I have been maintaining my goal weight of 150 pounds plus or -5 pounds for about 18 months. I feel very successful, but, I also still feel very nervous that I will gain the weight back. I try to stay very vigilant but don't feel confident. I feel like I'm on a slippery slope about 30% of the time with trigger foods. I have a lot of fear that I will start gaining and not be able to stop. I know I need to participate in a support group. I am afraid a support group with several re-gainers will make this feeling worse I am also having trouble finding one in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that fits with my very busy work schedule. I travel a lot for work and work, have very long hours in a high-pressure job. I would love to find an online support group of like people or a small local meet up group. I do know that if I start responding and communicating on BPal with postop's that that would help me a lot. So here goes! Looking forward to "meeting" new people and supporting each other! amy
