I am on Post-Op For one Month and a bit 10/07/2017 We have to take a shake call Optifast here I am getting to the point that I can't keep it down is to sweet, even thinking about make me feeling sick Actually I and finding hard a justing I am looking for a bubby to Lead me through this new journey just form the start, mix emotions happy and a bit depressed but happy with the weight loss 165kg to 120kg since the surgery . I haven't eaten anything since last Monday, been on liquid and the Optifast shakes, Isn't great that your not hungry and no hunger pain and the plus the best thing, the doctor at the hospital told me ,I don't need to take any medication again type 2 Diabetes gone no more insulin Never been so happier So I am going to see the surgeon this Wednesday coming and the dietary to teach the understanding about the food in take and the vitamins I have to take soon, I HAVE A QUESTION, I been very itchy all over and mostly in the palm of my hands Has anybody have any itchyness...?
