Doin' It 4 me

I am unfortunately at a stand still with exercising. So i'm re-evaluating what I eat, how often and fluids. What i think and what I've been doing are not lining up. So i'm going back to basics and introducing more protein and less everything else. Here's hoping for us both to continue to lose

Hi I had my surgery on July 20th. I am quite happy. Pain has been at a minimum. A little gassy started today. I look forward to my journey. Wish all a great journey. I'm thankful we're all here to chat and encourage each other. Blessings

Try making your own soup broth. Comfort food in warm broth and add protein powder to get your protein. You can make sugar free jello too and add protein powder to mix to increase protein. Wow, I though it was me writing. I haven't told my sister. I also haven't had it done yet. But she's negative nanny where I'm concerned. Looks for any flaw i may have and continually points them out. And she lives 7hrs away. My best advice is forgive her, it releases you from the burden if carrying unforgivess.
