  1. Is anyone else completely scared of running but at the same time feeling like you should be running? I like walking but when I get going fast I get the urge to run but it scares me and I stop. For those who were walkers and are now runners how did you ease into it? Thanks for the input!
  2. I had a fill the other day and in the office liquids were going down at a good flow - it did not appear to be too tight. After getting home though I feel like everything is tighter - is this just the tissue around the band reacting to the fill? I don't think I have anything stuck because I still feel Fluid passing through the band but extremely slow. Has this happened to anyone else? Will it just relax after a few days?
