Hi, I took the about 3 bottles of the liquid children's formula, couldn't never find it for adults. I think you will know after you get to work if it's to soon to be there. lol At any rate I wish you the best.

Hello, No your plans are not unreasonable. I was banded the 18th and went back to work on the 23rd. You will still be sore and gassy but it is tolerable as long as you take something OTC. Good luck. I'm still not at 100% but getting better everyday.

Hi Stacie and other April banders, We can do this, yes its one of the hardest diets I've ever been on. But we all know hard work pays off. I just keep visualizing myself in a size 12 and that makes me want to run on and see what the end is going be. lol -

Hi Stacie, I'm from NC, I have a April 18th date too!!!!!!!!!!!I started my 2 week optifast today. Whew..... its rough but I'm determined to do right. Lets stay in touch and keep each other encouraged.
