  1. Are fried pork skins a 'forbidden food' after wls? It has no cards, and yes, minimal protein. It's the word FRIED that is hanging me up. Anyone try them?
  2. Since I started my pre-op prep my sugars have been between 80 & 95. I was on 3 different diabetes meds and I have been able to quit taking them. Fortunately, I have not hit any highs or lows yet.
  3. Has anyone tried Gatorade after surgery? I was worried about being diabetic and all of the sugar in Gatorade, but my sugars have been low and I need something else besides water, propel & crystal light...
