When I first had surgery the doctors said it was alright to drink different Premier drink but only a little at a time because you will fill up fast. So I started making my own iced coffee using the Premier drinks with coffee and almond milk and creamer it kept me satisfied and nipped the hunger pains in the bud. But it's a mental think we just think that we are hungry from all the years of eating poorly. The first month I lost 43 pounds a week later 11 more pound and now I have to wait 2 months before I weight myself again I only weight myself when I go to visit don't want to disappoint myself so I stay away from scale. But I'm dong really good because clothes are hanging off but you will be fine keep up the good work.

Lady I love ice coffee so I decide to make my on and it came out so good. I make folders coffee but you can use any kind. I use a whole Premier Protein chocolate drink and 1/4 almond milk a teaspoon of raw honey more if you like. Put it n to my Rave canister shake it up. It last for two days and takes craving away. You are going to be so pleased. I'm really shocked on how much I've lost at this point. My doctors office sent me cards to keep in my purse stating that I had gastric bypass surgery and that my stomach only holds 3oz in case I get sick and the doctor office also sent out a card just in case I go to dinner I can order smaller portion off the kids mentioned. This here is a big change for us all. And you really have to have a new way of thinking because this here is really a life style for the better. We have to eat this way for life I exercise 6 days a week so I can keep it off my 15 minuet work outs for now. I had to change up my time of how I eat my last week so I might drink nothing but shakes at night are start my breakfast an lunch with only shakes and eat my breakfast at night. Are body are so smart. My doctor and some of the nurses told me that you may only lose one pound just understand that you haven't gain. Lift some weight 1 or 2 lb. What I start doing in the morning is doing a 15 minuet work out that suppose to burn fat. I got it off of you tube it called Chris Powell 15 minuet work out for beginners some of it I couldn't do so I would just do what I could. When you have you surgery your just going to be so pleased I can't still see if I'm losing the weight it's a mental thing but my upper part just feel so light and people are saying that I have lost a lot but I don't see it. I had my surgery March 30, 2017 but started to hemorrhage April 19, 2017 was strain to use the bathroom made my own self sick. But I'm 11 weeks out and loss 52 lb I plan on losing an 100 pounds by the time I go see my doctor in the next 2 months. This surgery was the best think I could have ever done.
