  1. Glad to read all your posts and know I'm not alone. I can't eat before noon so within an hour of waking I have a chocolate Atkins shake ( kept at room temp) mixed with coffee. That way I jump start my metabolism and the warm liquid goes down easily. Sometimes only soup for lunch, sometimes Im ok. There are only two food that I have found that I cant eat. Bean sprouts and get this...bananas! What a bummer! I do the chewy vitamins, and am going today to buy a pill splitter which was a great idea, for the big vitamin D. I found Krill pills for the omega 3 which are a manageable size. I had benefiber to one of my crystal light drinks during the day! You all are the best, thank you!
  2. Thank you so much for the tips. I cant eat salads any more, and raw veggies are tough. Nothing solid prior to lunch, and sometimes not even then. I am trying so hard to eat "right" now! Keep up the great work!:
  3. Hi All! Im two years out and maintaining, but am trying to fit more vegetables into my diet. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get 5 a day of different veggies so that I get max antioxidents? Does anyone recommend V8?
  4. That is such a great question! Ive lost 75 pounds and I can see it because I sag everywhere (I am 51). However my surgeon suggested that it may take up to two years for my body image to catch up with reality! Hang in there, it is really cool to hear people exclaim "you are so skinny" even when I know I have another 20 pounds to lose!
  5. Congratulations! I have been watching the skin become looser on my body week by week. I didnt think I would need a lower body lift, but it is apparent that i do. I am encouraged by your photos and smiles! my best to you! You look great.
  6. i had dr b do my surgery at the surgical center, rather than have it done at UCSD. I am so glad I did. I love him and he has been nothing but supportive and warm.
