  2. Hello everyone, I wanted to ask everyone what their experience has been with weight loss after surgery. I had a rocky start post op and was unable to get food down which landed me in the ER. The first month I lost 24lbs now im averaging about 10 lbs a month. I stall for 2-3 weeks at a time before the scale moves again. I've been reading about people's progress which makes mines not seem so great. I am watching what I eat and am active. I was 284 and now 240.
