    Hi fellow AZers! I'm in Mesa! I am still pre-op...awaiting insurance approval. I did all the requirements, so the ball is in their court now! Dr. Sprunger will be my surgeon as well.     I am new here, and haven't been approved for WLS yet, but I have done all the requirements for preauthorization! I will be having Dr. Sprunger as well.
