Hi, thank you for checking on me. I pay no mind to all the rude degrading chatter on my post. That's their choice and choices have consequences. I have not had surgery yet. Life got extremely busy the last few months. One of the biggest things was a move from North Dakota to Alaska. But I have also been adopting a new lifestyle for eating. I'm working on adding exercise in as well. Insurance is now wanting to pay for my surgery. I have orientation march 7th. I've also decided to switch to bypass instead of sleeve I actually have a Facebook group documenting everything now if you're interested. In my picture I included: on the buffalo was July 2017. Blue shirt was me last week. Been following mostly low carb high protein. Cutting sugars breads etc

I'm "ok". Depressed and disappointed about canceling but I had to cus our truck broke down and I had to use that money to get it fixed

Annndddd.....now it's cancelled lol. Life I swear! Truck broke down and it's super expensive to fix. Now I'll aim for Valentine's Day

Hubby is laid off again. I'm 4 weeks from my surgery day now and still nothing. Hoping to hear about a job for him Friday to hopefully start next week. Thank you for checking in on me. I figured the worse case scenario would be I have to push my date back and go alone cus we wouldn't have anyone to watch the kids for a week so hubby would have to stay home and watch them. It'll work out one way or another but it's still disappointing and nerve racking

Scheduled for sleeve surgery in Mexico

I scheduled my surgery in Mexico. Paid $2100 of the $5100 I need to pay. Scheduled it for July 12th. The evening that I sent $2100 and spent an additional $1350 for plane tickets....my husband got laid off. I have panicked a little. But I keep telling myself that if this is what God has planned for me, it will happen. I have 6 weeks to get $3000 plus $500 spending money together. My husband starts another job tomorrow that lasts 2 weeks then he's supposed to start another 4 week long job right after. I pray it all works out. I really want to be healthy and have energy and not be in so much pain.

I'm scheduled for July 12th. Is anyone else going during that week?
