I also have been on vacation since surgery I go bk to work tomorrow so I think I won't have my weight on the brain as much hopefully. How often do u weigh yourself? Also the 28 lbs is counting my pre-op I'm new to all of this so I know what I'm doing. I was 323 at beginning weight then lost 23 gained 10 from surgery then lost that 10 again and 6 more so BW-323 NOW-294. So only 16 in 10 days. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
