  1. I had surgery on 6-1-2017. I was 253 pre op. I am now 235. Right now I am at a stand still. I was 235 last week. I have been working out and eating healthy, has anyone experienced a stall this soon??
  2. In the hospital I was given yogurt pudding creamy soups so that's kinda soft
  3. I was sleeved on 6/1/17. I have been getting most of my liquids in but I am starting to still feel hungry. I have been able to eat baked potato soup but very little just cause of the calories. I also had some table food and made sure that it was chewed very fine so that it went down smooth. I wanted to know if anyone has ate soft solid foods this early. I am thinking about making a tuna alas with Greek yogurt for dinner this is still pretty soft
