  8. Actually yes. I have lost inches. I think based on what I've been reading the heavier we are the most we tend to loose. Thanks for the encouragement ! Congrats on your surgery.
  9. It's been 6 weeks for me and I've only lost 22 lbs. Surgery weight was 205. I feel a little depressed about it but reading that I'm not the only one helps a lot. Thanks guys for sharing your stories.

  11. I am hitting week 3 and only lost 10 lbs so I am also losing slowly. I have read a lot about the 3 week stall so not really sure what's going to happen now. We all have to make sure we are getting in protein and fluids and the rest will follow even if it's slower. Hang in there.
