    I am new...to all of this ? I have gone all the way through all of the pre requirements and have decided to get a second opinion as I can't decide if I would be suited for sleeve or gp (and I wasn't a super fan of the surgeon I met with) But in the meantime, I am wanting to start experimenting with protein shakes and am curious if anyone has found any they like (or tolerate) and will be suitable for post surgery
