  7. Yes, I have. As I'm approaching my month post-op, I had several difficulties with nausea and difficultly with drinking..in fact I got dehydrated as a result. Trust me!!! You don't want that. Just force yourself to start with sipping on maybe about 8 ozs an hour. It helped me. I would pour 8 ozs. cup and sip off of it throughout that hour. I was able to overcome it then. It worked for me.
  8. Cbkidci it's a process. I went through the same thing with those protein shakes and just actually started back with them today. Take your time and just try to consume as much liquids as you can. I even did liquids from soups and it helped me a lot. My surgeon told me its trial and error, you learn what works for you as you go along.
  9. I too experienced the same as you. However, I didn't want to eat or drink and ended up dehydrating myself with severe nauseous. That wasn't a pleasant feeling at all. Eventually, I pushed myself to drink more liquids and to reignite my weight loss. I feel much better as I approach my one month post-op. I've just started exercising. I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel at first, now I'm motivated to see the end results. I'm trying to get to a target weight by this upcoming July. I'm definitely loving the compliments.
