  4. My bat wings are probably the most noticeable but tbh the health benefits far far outweigh the physical appearance. I would choose saggy skin over dying prematurely every time. Try to concentrate on your health and wellbeing being positives and not on the negatives of maybe having the non perfect appearance. I found that swimming tones for me as pressure on the joints is minimal [emoji846]
  5. Ditto, water is by far the most difficult thing for me. I drank buckets before my surgery, ice cold and non stop. I still obviously drink now but it's more out of necessity than pleasure. Water vs Food .. Water every time

  7. I'm 18 weeks out and have lost nothing for 2 weeks, it is a little scary but hopefully things will change soon. At the moment my hair loss is causing me concern, I have fine hair anyway but the crown of my hair has gone down by 60/70 % and it's knocking my confidence so much
