  1. They are gross, the only one i can handle is the chocolate Premiere Protein in has 30 grams of protein. After drinking it for a week it taste like chocolate milk. I’m currently 3.5 months post op and still drink it every morning. You can do this!
  2. It just occurred to me 3 tablespoons does not equal 3-4 oz. of my new stomach[emoji58]
  3. Hi guys, i'm three day post op and had my first meal 3tbls of watered down cream of wheat. I took 1/4 tsp bites and waited about 1-2 minutes between bites. I don't feel full or any discomfort. My question, is the full feeling the same feeling as before surgery? Thanks for your feedback
  4. I also have Cigna and when all the preop appointments were done, they advised me it would be 30 days for approval. It took about 2 weeks.
  5. I'm scheduled for surgery tomorrow as well! Sending good juju your way!
  6. I called Cigna to verify, they did confirm it can take up to 30 days. I called Cigna today and they said it's still being reviewed. Cigna said they were going to put in a request for precert to escalate my case. Yesterday when i called they said there was nothing they could do and i would have to just wait. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
  7. Bmi is 42. I'm down 6 lbs since starting down this path 6 months ago, and I was dx with sleep apnea
  8. My paperwork was submitted to Cigna a couple of days ago. I was informed by surgeon's office since it's a elective surgery it had to go through Cigna's " voluntary predertermination department," and it would take up to 30 days to review! Anyone out there with Cigna experience this? Does it really take 30 days????
