Most of the pain you are experiencing is gas pains. You need to walk to get it out. Liquid diet happens because they dont want food to get stuck on your staples and then have to go back in to fix it and cause the pain again. Walk walk walk. I got mine done on the 12th and i did it without meds except the first day it hurts alot at first but after you get rid of most of the gas you will be experiencing just achiness.
