  1. im 5 years post op.hey dont beat yourself up.when i need that extra boost to get me going i always do the protien drinks for a week or two.optifast or what ever you choose good luck
  2. good luck to you all having surgery.a word of advise.i am 5 years post op and did fantastic and love it.remember use the band as a tool,its not a miracle pill.and follow the rules and you will do great.
  3. hello there.i am 5 years post op ...its the strangest thing but rite before my period wham! its like your band is tight.think about it.your bloasted so anything on that area is getting swelled ,not to worry but this is just my opinion,i dont get fills during that week.good luck to you.

  7. hi guys,i am four and a half years post op and had lost about 90 lbs.i had the same problems you did about 7 months ago.unfortanately my band slipped but i had it put rite back in place.i now do the same thing with my fills ,baby steps
