  1. I had surgery on April 20th. Still trying hard to get my protein and fluids every day. Otherwise I feel okay, still sore but Tylenol is enough to help.
  2. I had surgery on the 20th and I had the same question. My only prep was to have 2 protein shakes and plenty of water after noon the day prior to surgery. They said nothing further was required. I suspect since they are only working on the stomach they just need the stomach to be empty and that's the primary concern. I would definitely ask them to be sure.
  3. Vivian, I imagine nerves are completely normal. I had surgery last week and I was incredibly nervous up until surgery day. Don't psych yourself out. Wishing you all the best!
