Your sore well I hope that gets better really soon and I hope you are feeling better really soon. And moving around w/o any pressure.

Pre op diet of all liquids is really hard? I have a while but I think that's also going to be difficult for me also your stomach is still full size so all liquids is hard, but think of it as one day at a time. Not in a 2 wk time. A day at a time .Will help. And keep a picture of yourself somewhere as motivation & at the end it will all be worth it.

I go in July to get sleeved, my nutritionist said only 5 protein shakes 1 cup almond milk gonna be brutal

I can't wait to be able to stop being so tired all the time. And stop being so Depressed. I don't wana go out or get dressed. I have wicked migraines, sleep apnea, arthritis in my knee,, my feet kill me. I can't wait to get this horrible weight off of me and to able to shop in regular size stores. To not have to sit in a car n pull on the safety belt. Not to wear big bathing suits anymore. To feel healthy again. And not to be the fat mom anymore. To be able to wear anything in my closet. And not eat and feel sick anymore. To finally feel happy about myself and how I look n feel. And to be able to fly and not worry that I'll fit in a seat. To be able to go on a business trip away with my husband without worrying about how I look. I just can't wait for my my new life to begin.

I think what your saying definitely is a real valid point. But I think as know I'm not scheduled until July I'm not comfortable telling anyone except my close knit family. I'll see how I feel after words. But know that you mentioned that not to keep it a secret that's definitely something to think about I'll have to see how I feel. I have a really opinionated family very overwhelming they are. But I love what you said.

Yah I have a food addiction it's horrible I eat to relieve pain or feelings good bad any. I'm going to see a therapist about it before I go in to have my surgery. You guys are the first people I ever spoke to about my food addiction I'm so embarrassed b it. I guess it's just like drugs or drinking it's just food but because it affects my weight I'm embarrassed b it. Do you think b having the sleeve it's really helped your food addiction ?

Wow that's so interesting the smell made you sick. Yes they say the mental head part is difficult. I go for the sleeve in July. So your not feeling hungry at all?
