  3. How long after surgery did it take for you to feel comfortable exercising? I feel like I should be doing a little bit more the weather has been awful and not really able to walk outside due to the rain.

  5. I had an appointment with my surgeon today is my 1 week sugerversary too! I've had the cramping with and without drinking too. I told him about it he didn't seem to concerned lol.

  9. Oh my gosh me too! My nail beds are purple and all! Crazy! I've been freezing since surgery and I'm never cold! Ever!
  10. What up with that. I have an indentation where my biggest incision is and that's the one that hurts too! I had my sleeve same day as you.

  12. Thank you. Little sips is no joke it's so little I feel like I'm not getting anything lol! I'm going to keep on trying I'll try sleeping /sitting upright. At this point I'll do anything. I don't want to end up going to the ER for IV fluids:(

  18. Thank goodness it goes away! I was not given anything for anti spasm but thank you for the information if it continues I will ask about that on Monday at my appointment with my surgeon. I will try warmer drinks and see if that does the trick. Thanks for ur advise it's a big help!

  20. I do not have a drain tube however I do have pain in just one incision area. It's bigger than all the others. It's almost impossible for me to stand straight because it tugs and causes a burning/pulling pain. I guess it's pretty normal from what I have read. Since I have been walking slouched over my back is bothering me too! [emoji30] hope the soreness passes for you soon!
  21. My surgeon cleared me after 2 weeks. I'm guessing every doc is different though. I had the sleeve , not sure if you had the same.
  22. I had the sleeve surgery on Monday the 24th of April. Since then I have had an awful time drinking. I can barely get 20oz down. I get this cramping sensation. I'm kind of frustrated. Any tricks or ideas would be great!
