  5. Hi, I am looking toward any procedure that will help, my tone is good and by lifting my skin myself it takes care of the problem. My is that argument is that my leg condition is affects my ability to be intimate. In a world where Viagra, any other aids are available for men's sexual issues is covered, why is it that with this issue patients due to excess skin is labeled as cosmetic. I also found out that I have a bulging disk, which is now affected due the change in my gate when I am chaffed. I encourage all of you facing these issues to challenge your insurance companies get documentation by anyone you can. Perhaps we can become a voice for change. I wish we could band together to get help, maybe one day.

  7. Hi, Sometimes when someone begins to lose weight, the other people around can become insecure, or even jealous. It is unsettling when someone begins to change in attitude and appearence. Relationships are so important and surgery causes a lot of anxiety. My family and friends were not happy with my decision I had them research statistics and even my surgeon. This is for you its a personal good luck
  8. Great job on your weight loss. Seeing surgeon tomorrow fingers crossed.

  11. I chose to have my vertigo sleeve surgery on my birthday 3 and a half years ago. It was the best gift I have ever given myself. Dr Fang at Bridges Weight Loss Center Phoenix Az.was my surgeon. My surgery was very successful, I haven't found anything I cannot eat as long as it is in moderation. I do not use straws, i do not drink anything carbonated per advised by my surgeon. My biggest challenge is taking the vitamins, I got lax for a while and it affected my hair i got pale you really need to take them your body cannot get enough from what you eat. My scars have all healed there is a tiny mark that is fading.
  12. Hi, After having my vertical sleeve I lost 65 it left me with excess skin on my tummy and legs. Which is causing irritation and infections. In some instances insurance will cover removal. Unfortunately my thighs are my problem which is considered cosmetic even though there is chaffing
  13. Hi Ihave had a very successful vertical sleeve I am 3 1/2 years post. I have applied for coverage for excess skin and legs. The Dr.says they never cover legs but I have to try it is my biggest problem area. I hope they can at least take care of my. belly.
