  1. I'm a week out from my RNY and I'm using barimelts they have calcium and b12 and a multi vitamin. Calcium is the only one I have to take 3x a day. I could not find iron but that's a small pill any was and I have been taking that a bed time.
  2. Hello, I had the same surgery on the same day! And I was also doing laps in the hospital that day, have been off pain meds and been going since I've been home, I'm down 12lbs, not sure if it's normal was wondering that myself but glad I'm not alone.
