Can't get enough water in. Can't get enough protein in. When I eat I'm supposed to wait 30 minutes to drink but when I eat (now) I feel very dehydrated so I want to drink. Help please!!!!!

I had gastric bypass so my food right now is high protein shakes and liquids. 14 days post op

I got the same surgery on the same day. I also lost the same amount of weight. However, I've not been so active. Today is the first day of my phase 2. I think it's different for everyone. Congratulations and good luck!
