  1. I am 11 months post op from gastric sleeve. I've went from 195lbs to my current weight 122 lbs. My goal weight was 130, but I kept on loosing. While I didn't find it such an issue until I got down to 122 and find it hard not to loose. I even have gone back to eating more carbs then usual. I look too thin now, and my face is very thin, and starting to look very old. Has anyone else had this issue. I'd like to gain back about 5-8 lbs
  2. I am also in the same boat. I am 11months post op. I started at 195 lbs and my goal was 130lbs. My doctor said realistically I couldn't loose 60 lbs, more like 50, but today I'm at 121lbs and still loosing. I've pretty much eat whatever I want, chips, ice cream, bread, hoping I can gain a little weight back, but no can do. My face is thin, my arms skin saggs, and I look old. I never thought loosing too much would ever be a problem, but now it is.
