Congrats. I have had same success with drinking, i was sleeved on 13th. I have to make more of an effort to eat slower. Its hard.

That's what I was told. No gum

I had surgery Thursday. The first day was a struggle. Today I got about 50 oz in water, sugar free jello, sugar free water ice and broth.although my stomach doesn't seem to like very cold stuff. I haven't taken any more pain meds other than Tylenol. I am more uncomfortable than in pain. Gas is making its way through without major pain.. so far so good hope everyone is feeling better every day!

Yay! I'm in NJ my doc is Dr O'Connell.. my liquid diet is going well but not perfect.... I think it's the nerves. Prayers going up for both of us and let's do keep in touch. Here's the start to the next amazing phase !
