  1. yes, been there once, when i tried to eat a few bites in between meetings...misery ensued. Chew at least 20 times b4 swallowing and small bites...helps immensely. We are retraining our minds and bodies meal by meal...yay us!
  2. I wonder if your body is thinking it is in starvation mode, and holding on to the fat for dear life. I am working to get in 60 mg protein daily via premier protein shakes...I suspect that will help bc like you my solid food intake is pretty limited. I'm down about 20 lb since 3/28. 100 more lbs to go. Also, thinking exercise will jumpstart you again. Check out 7 min app. Keep us posted.
  3. Sleeved on 3/28 with hiatal hernia repair. Nausea was the worst first 24 hours, but doing well now with water, crystal light, soup, yogurt, and Popsicles. Down 15 lb since 3/23 weigh-in. I didn't see that coming, so THANK YOU GOD! Back to work 4/4 so fingers crossed. Premier Protein so much better than EAS shakes. Feeling some hunger pangs, but protein seems to nip it in the bud. Looking forward to our shared journey.
